A- No, I do not sell my designs. I prefer to offer my customers truly unique creations, regardless of their purchase. However, I'd be delighted to design something exclusively for you, allowing you to craft it yourself. Simply reach out to me, and let's bring your vision to life together!
A- Yes, I now ship all over the world with my Etsy shop!
A- I regret to inform you that I do not accept returns or exchanges. Given the fragile nature of glass items, they are susceptible to breakage during the return transit, rendering them unsellable. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by a photo of the damage, to arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately, replacements cannot be facilitated beyond this timeframe.
A- Typically, I require approximately one week to craft your item, with longer processing times during holiday seasons. Custom orders, on the other hand, may extend up to 6 weeks based on our communication regarding the design.
A-I utilize USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments, with delivery typically taking 2-5 days within the USA. For international orders, I ship via USPS Priority International, which generally takes 6-10 days for delivery to destinations worldwide.
A- Unfortunately, I cannot be held accountable for the actions of the US Postal System, and consequently, I do not offer replacements for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a missing package marked as delivered (a tracking number is always provided to you), please contact your local USPS for assistance in locating the parcel. They possess the necessary resources to aid in tracking down the package, as I do not have access to this information.
A- Unfortunately, I am unable to produce items at the rapid pace required for wholesale orders. Additionally, the cost of materials prohibits me from offering discounted rates. Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand, solely by myself, which precludes the feasibility of wholesale pricing.
A- While I don't offer gift wrapping services, each item is meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap, providing added protection during transit. The package is securely taped shut, enhancing the anticipation of unwrapping, akin to opening a cherished gift. Additionally, upon request, I happily include a handmade card with a personalized message to add a thoughtful touch to your order.
A- Unfortunately, I receive an overwhelming volume of donation requests, averaging over 100 each month. As a sole proprietor without any employees, I handle all aspects of my business independently, from fulfilling orders to developing new products. With this workload and financial constraints in mind, providing donations to individual requests isn't feasible. However, I've initiated "fundraisers" through my shop as an alternative means of supporting causes.
